Data We Collect

Registration Data

Creating an account requires a Pakistani mobile number and a password you set yourself. No email address is collected at registration. No government ID is requested unless triggered by a verification review.

Financial Data

Every deposit and withdrawal is recorded against your account. Records include the payment method, amount, timestamp, and transaction status. We do not store your complete JazzCash or Easypaisa credentials. We receive confirmation data from payment processors sufficient to verify the transaction completed.

Technical Data

The app collects your Android version, device model, and IP address at login. This data is used for session management, security monitoring, and diagnosing technical problems when they are reported.

Behavioural Data

Game session data including which titles you play, session length, and in-app navigation patterns is collected. This informs game recommendations within the app and is used to identify and fix usability problems.

With payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, partner banks) to facilitate transactions.

Data Security

Account passwords are stored in hashed form. Plain-text passwords are never stored or accessible to our team. Account data is held on secured servers with access restricted to authorised personnel. Sessions are managed through tokens rather than stored credentials.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Players contribute to their own account security by using strong passwords, enabling biometric login, and not sharing credentials with others.

Retention and Deletion

Data is retained while your account is active. Following account closure, financial records are retained for the minimum period required by applicable recordkeeping regulations before being deleted or anonymised.

Non-financial account data is deleted within a reasonable period of account closure.

You may request a summary of the personal data WE999 holds on your account.

You may request corrections to inaccurate data.

You may request account closure through the in-app live chat.

App Tracking

The WE999 app does not use third-party advertising trackers. Device identifiers used for session management and fraud prevention are described above and serve no advertising function.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated. Changes that materially affect how your data is used will be communicated through an in-app notification before taking effect. Continued use of the we999 app following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
